Join ARAN's 1000 Rally For the Animals

On December 10th 2006 we are staging an exciting rally that will march down Dublin's O'Connell Street and onwards to Dail Eireann where we'll stop to gather together outside and hear some speakers talk about ongoing campaigns here in Ireland and around the world.

We'll march on behind a huge banner reading "Speak Out For Animal Rights" whilst others hold purple flags which symbolize animal rights and placards of their choice that reflect the issues more close to their hearts - we're also asking people to please bring their dogs and other companion animals with them as this is their day.

Here is the exact meeting point details you will need, look forward to seeing you there,

When: Sunday, December 10th 2006
Where: Garden Of Remembrance, Parnell Square (Top Of O'Connell Street on left hand side)
Time: 1pm sharp
Contact: John Carmody or Siobhan Higgins 087-6275579

This is just one day in all our lives where we can get the opportunity to come together and share our concerns for ending animal cruelty. Regardless where you live in Ireland please make this one day, the day you are in Dublin to be part of our rally to stop animal cruelty.

Between now and December 10th there is so many ways you can help make this rally a huge success, don't do it for us do it for the animals.
1. Distribute leaflets promoting the day (ARAN will provide these.
2. Posting posters is creative and get thinking as to where most people can see these. (ARAN will also provide posters)
3. Spread the word, tell you're family, friends and coworkers about this rally as most people are genuinely against animal cruelty but just don't make the connection and we need to show them how and why.
4. Send this email far and wide, post it on message boards and places where it can be seeing.
5. Write to your local newspapers about our rally and urge readers to get behind the rally to end the cruelty.

Feel free to help work with ARAN between now and then, get in touch and show you're interest in this rally as its not about us its about the animals we all care for.
